worked from 12 to 5.
it was fun and funny during break time
=D
and today, i came across the most UNREASONABLE customer
ever.
the unreasonable old hag made us all damn pissed with her.
made such a big fuss up over
the arrangement of the breads,
the big sign with the small 'selected items' words
and trying to find fault with the baker.
when hongyu told her that what she took
was not the 5-for-5 purchase,
she was like:' WHY IS IT SO? I DON CARE, THE SIGN STATES 5 FOR $5.
WHERE'S YOUR BOSS?'
and when jodie told her the 5-for-5 is only for selected items,
'I DINT SEE THE SENTENCE THAT STATES THAT'S 5-FOR5'
was the old hag's reply.
BLAH
BLAH.
YADA YADA.
'YOU PEOPLE SHULDNT HAVE ARRANGED THE BREADS IN THIS WAY AT FIRST'
BLAH
BLAH.
jodie then, showed her the BIG SIGN WHICH IS PLACE OUTSIDE.
and still, she said:'YOU SHOULD HAVE PRINTED BLAH BLAH'
'I SHOULD COMPLAIN THIS TO THE CONSUMER DEPARTMENT'
whatever.
firstly, how the breads were arranged was set by the HEAD DEPARTMENT,
it was not up to us to decide.
and also, the 5-for-5 items were all put on one side,.
we did not put the 5-for-5 items separately.
secondly, how BIG OR SMALL the words are printed were also printed and designed by
THE HEAD DEPARTMENT, and was later, sent to all branches.
besides, the words are still visible to old folks.
and even if old folks are unsure, they'd ask.
unlike the old hag, she was demanding and irritating enough to get on one's nerves, and perhaps, use some ultra strong adhesive glue on her mouth.
by the way, she will be always welcomed to COMPLAIN whatever crap she like.
she,the old hag, then, changed the topic to some voucher promotion.
the funny thing she said is that previously when she wanna use the voucher, the date expired.
she blamed the company for setting the expired date so on, like she had some deep grudges with the expired date.
tsk. poor voucher.
and she blamed one of the bakers who doesnt understand english, for staring at her, when he had no idea what's shes complaining about.

yuri asked if i've had transport home.

AHAHAHA.
brought 2 shirts at york canvas.
i like the unique-ness in those design shirts.

waiting time was long.
so we got engaged in chit-chats.
soon, when we were seated,

reached mac around 240pm.
brandon came around 350pm.
allison reached 5minutes later.
while waiting,
revision on chemistry,
and watched the brazil vs japan match being showed on the tv.
we moved twice cos of distractions.
but in the end, we moved to the table near the back door, but the final place made me cant watch the worldcup matches.

saw quite a number of andersonians there too.
left mac around 10pm.
mac was very packed by 9pm as the spain and iraq match is at 10pm.
