Principle Of Accts Paper 1 was very do able. (:
so happy!
but. GAH!
sorta screwed history elective after the accts's paper.
Mr Yong's prediction for Source Based was right, Cultural Revolution.
And! this O's SBQs only have 3 sources!
and the soures were like,' so very uninformative!'
LOL!
so little that till now,
10 hours after the paper ended, the sources were still VERY vivid in my mind.
Source A was a speech from Mao Ze Dong to his Communist Party Leaders. It stated that Mao claim himself as a stranger to economic restructing that he did not forsee that no matter how much production of Great Leap Forward had, they did not have transportation to move around.
Source B was a statistics firgure showing the production of GLF.
Source C was a photograph during the time of GLF, showing two women doing something, and which i thought was chopping of the woods.
LOL
and they were using the oh-what-a-good-quality-machine-used-to-do-its-production-or-whatever.
AHAHAHA.
and imagine the Part (A) of the qn, asking, 'How reliable is Source A in telling you that GLF was a success?' [6 marks]
LOL. crapped my way through saying that the it was a speech from Mao blah blah.. then cross reference with Source C about that photograph.. blah blah therefore it is reliable in telling me that GLF is not a succes.
Then, Part B, asking, 'How useful is Source C in telling you that GLF was a success?'
LOL. I wrote its only useful in telling me the statistics figures of production but did not show other factors like even with a high production, their quality was low..blah!
Part C asked what's the message of the photograph. and Part D 'How far do all sources A-C agrees that GLF was a success?'

and the worst was the STURCTURED ESSAY QUESTIONS!
Second was Treaty of Versailles
Third was about Peace Settlements?
Fourth was the Cold War qn!
I did on that Cold War qn. cos the other two not really sure about some factors.

ahaha. thats was ok, wrote about 1pg plus.
and Part (b) was 'USSR'S control over East European Countries was complete during the 1960s. How far do you agree with this statement?' EYA. 13 marks
LOL. Was stunned when i read the qn, and i kept reading over again.
wrote only HALF page due to time restrictions, just wrote To a great extent, I agree. As
USSR extended its zone to 500km more, occupying the Baltic states. Czeh was already in alliance with USSR. Comincon and Cominform, the 2 policies set up as rivals to Truman Doctrine and Marshall Plan. and also Warsaw Pact.
SEQ was the worst because 2 peace settlements qn came out in which most people whom i heard studied Chapter 1 of Russia, Chap 2 of China, European War, Pacific War, Peace Settlements after WWII, Cold War and The Fall Of Communists Empire.

will you like, call me, when the last olevel paper end for us, asking, 'hows ur last paper? and stuffs like that, asking how've you been since we last contacted.i really missed that care and concern you gave.reallysincere and truthful care and concerns.sometimes i wonder, is it because of olevels, that you temporary stop contacting me?or is it something else?and to be truthful, i'm really afraid it is not temporary, but long term.your absence makes my mind and heart grow fonder..
