holidays started right after tuesday eltech.
eltech paper was . so not alright and sorta okay. HAHA!
best friend arif was so funny in msn the night before the exam. He was like asking me about the phasor diagrams then i explained. And he went on like ' OMG-I-DONT-KNOW-ANYTHING-AND-IM-SO-SCREWED-' that kinda tone.
and i would like to thank him for being my eltech mentor for two days (:
yes. two. HAHA.
and his classmates too, for clearing my doubts of the many revision questions.
OH! and on monday, me kianhong boonchuan and daryl went back school and mugged(kinda).
then we went to the library and rent some moives. i got Shallow Hal. and boonchuan daryl got Austin Powers show.
we wanted to get Scary Moive 3. but it wasnt on the shelves.
and yup, Shallow Hal is about this ultimate shallow guy, Hal Larsen. which the first thing he looks for in a woman is, well, looks. Hal won't even consider dating someone with a less-than-perfect body, smile and sense of style. He pursues only supermodels, beauty queens and centerfolds. But after an impromptu hypnosis by self-help guru Tony Robbins, Hal's view of women makes a 180-degree turn; he now sees their true inner beauty. Enter Rosemary, an overweight Peace Corps volunteer. Hal, envisioning Rosemary's kindness and humor as female physical nirvana, is instantly smitten and an idyllic romance begins.
i didnt finish the moive cause kianhong and all wanted to have early dinner at canteen1.
btw, i found the moive contents are quite meaningful(: as you know, people usually go for one's looks when comes to getting a partner for themselves.
One's looks may not define their inner beauty they got.

procrastination've gotten over me and im finally back to blog.

twiced the single scoop of ben&jerry's which was sinfully crazy.
moive : Secret; 不能說的秘密.
Jay's first attempt as a director.
The trailer makes the audience drawn towards the story, because the movie gave itself a mysterious feel, 'Secret'. &&! the most important part of the movie is definitely the twist to the plot which will stun the audience, and would probably rob their tears, for it is an unexpected outcome.
the innocent love-at-first-sight romance developed between two high-school music students; the stunning piano performances; the impressive plots; striking humorous scenes by two jokers' little sense of humor added to bring some light hearted moments.
*Secret was a awesome moive, from Jay Chou's directorial debut. which it didnt disappoint the audience in the cinema theatre. (:
He gave a very convinving, charming portrayal of his own characters and so does Kwai Lun Mei.
The sense of simplicity that prevails throughout the film, was why it was attractive.
No over "dramaticised" moments, just poignantly aching sentiments as the plot unravels.
