Another day of "leave" before I have to be back in the office :B
Haven't been doing much except my roles as a girlfriend for the Boy (hehe) and studying and lazing around at home.
26th Aug, Sunday. It was our 3rd month wooohoo^^! The Boy and I had class and walked around the area to get another set of outfit for Raya visiting. Had Arnold's for late lunch and so coincidentally, Sharil happened to work there. Managed to chit chat for abit and head back to the Boy's place because Marcus and Chanel were coming by for Hari Raya open house.
On Monday 27th Aug, we had a carnivorous (it sounds kind of cheeky haha) anniversary dinner at Vivo City. Quite a experience as it was my first time there and I'm sure meat lovers will love that place cause its a buffet style dining concept! EAT ALL THE MEAT!
28th Aug, The Boy took leave because he had a FTT at 7am :( but it was all worth it because he passed it (with flying rainbow colours~ HAHAHA!) Came by my place and we head down to his school to collect his cert! Double JOY :D
29th Aug, Had a really bad tummyache for almost the entire day but still managed to head down to his office and surprise him, but eventually failed :( booooo!! Went to meet his colleagues to get some stuff for his work before heading back to his place for late dinner.
We were watching teeeveee and sweetheart mentioned about his supervisor will bring him over a new job. And I'm glad that he is really fortunate to have his supervisor with him to guide him through work issues :') cause sometimes I might not be the best person to ask about certain issues regarding work or career likewise.

Had one meaningful short week and besides, I don't have to be in the office woohoo. So on Tuesday, the Boy had taken a leave from work, spent it together at National Museum and went to Serangoon to check out the Aprilla bikes.
The reason why we went to the National Museum because I wanted to check out the Wedding Dress exhibition! Was planning with Chanel and Michelle the day before but both of them couldn't make it and the Boy, being such a awesome boyfriend, agreed to go with me! Hehehe ♥ ♥
As I was once inspired to be someone like Vera Wang, I was in awe of how the history of wedding dresses had came a long way. From a simple white gown, to adding on a veil, cotton wedding dress with colourful prints, Eskimo looking wedding dress for winter season, bridesmaids dresses, accessories for the bride, to a super long and flowy white wedding dress. Not to forget some modern looking wedding dresses which aren't white in colour and the suits for the groom too!
Oh yes! and Dita Von Teese's violet wedding dress was on the exhibition too! I was pretty excited when I saw the dress there cause I walked past it and thought the dress looked familiar (the dress before this was the wedding dress designed for Gwen Stefani), looked down on the museum note and saw "Westwood for Dita", I went "hmm Dita. This name sounds familiar. I went on to read on the note and I saw "The wedding of Dita Von Teese"
OMG IT IS THE DRESS DITA VON TEESE WORE!!!
OKAY MOVING ON. HAHAHA
Besides the white Western wedding dresses, the exhibition showcased the dresses used for Asian wedding. Specifically the 4 main races of Singapore. and Boyfriend asked "you got look out on the one for Malay wedding anot"
After the wedding dress exhibition, we went to check out the other exhibits, hanged around the museum till about 5 in the early evening before heading down to Upper Serangoon to check out the Aprilla bikes. Spent quite sometime there and looking at the Boy getting all excited while trying and checking out, looking around for the bikes, was like a bringing a little kid to the toy store.
Had Subway for dinner at Nex, walked around and saw Tingyu at Starbucks. Wanted to introduce the Boy to him but before I could do that, Tingyu said "He from PM also right, I've seen him before at PM" oh wells.
Wednesday, 22nd, had a simple dinner and got sent home because I'm having a 8am paper the following day (earlier on today) and I finally passed ze paper woooooots!!
Dinner and prawning with his friends at Thomson till about 2am just now. BBQ Prawns for supper was so awesomely sinful! Heh heh.

Its the month of festive celebration, Hari Raya after the month of Ramadan. But I haven't been doing much for the couple of days after CJ concert (which was a success! Will probably blog about it sometime soon). It was just me, home, bed, books, and tv meals. The Boy was out for his raya visiting so there was alot of me-time for myself.
I think sometimes too much me-time will make me ponder over stuffs that will create destruction to some issues. I don't know. It is just that I logged into any social media be it Facebook, Twitter or even Instagram, since Sunday, all I see was pictures of travelling, party rocking and Hari Raya visitings. It wasn't until today, earlier on, I couldn't explain why I was feeling this way.
I envied the ones who get to celebrate Hari Raya with their family members and the few who get to bring their other half along. and the other few whose other half is a Chinese.
It was at that moment I feel _. Maybe all I wanted, was to be a part of something that is special and meaningful to him and his family. So I text Boyfriend and we had this short disagreement for a while. After realising the differences between the chinese and muslim culture, and my shortsightedness of my knowledge for the culture, I apologised.

Welcome August!
Indeed, Time waits for no man. It feels like Chinese New Year was last week, then I went BKK, and a whirlwind of events, Got together with Boyfriend :) and TA-DAAA, 8 months of Year 2012 just flew by.
And now, unknowingly, 17 days into the month of Ramadan has passed and 13 more days to Hari Raya! Bought my 1ST Baju Kurung on Sunday after class YAY! With high heels and a little bling accessories. It is going to be so exciting!
Bought the outfit for my upcoming dance concert on Saturday. (yes, Weekend shopping :D And that's it for the month! No more shopping till next month *crosses fingers)
To digress a little, earlier on this evening while we were having our late dinner. Boyfriend turned to me and pointed to the table next to ours. A old couple were having dinner also, sharing the fried rice they ordered. I turned to Boyfriend and had a big smile on my face like :)) He said to me "Next time when we are old like them, I also want to share a plate of fried rice with you."
Hehe! WHY SO SWEET.
My reply was "I want to order sambal fried rice instead of normal fried rice." Meeeeeeeeeeeow ^^
Anyway, the last post was on the 25th July, 26th was our 2ND MONTH TOGETHER ♥♥
*Begins to swoon how hot Anne Hathaway is in that Catwoman suit. Meeeeeeeoooooooww :3
Went over to JB for some Loklok on one of the weekdays with Boyfriend and his friends, had dance rehearsals that weekend and managed to meet up with Khai and Lalia on the 29th at Yishun Dam for chitchat. One epic moment when this big wild dog popped out of nowhere, starts to approach us, and when the dog came closer to us, all of us teleported to the van. Lalia was with us while Khai zoomed off the fastest. HAHAHAHA So much for being a Fireman who save lives :P
Anyone of you readers had similar experiences before? Or what is your most frightful experience with animals you have come across? Share it over on the cutesy tagboard on the right! :D
P.S: Its going to be a awesome short week woots!
